Medical Requirements

All full-time domestic and international entering students must submit the Bucknell Student Health medical history and physical examination form completed by their medical provider. Students are required to complete a tuberculosis screening questionnaire and be up to date on the required immunizations stated on the health form.

All graduate and non-degree seeking students (ie. summer scholars, high school students, etc.) are required to complete a tuberculosis screening questionnaire and be up to date on required immunizations.

Meningitis: Pennsylvania law requires all students residing in University housing either to have the meningitis vaccine for serogroups A, C, W, and Y, or to sign a declination statement after review of written information concerning the benefits of receiving the meningitis vaccine.
