Medical Requirements

All full-time domestic and international entering students must submit the Bucknell Student Health medical history and physical examination form completed by their medical provider. Students are required to complete a tuberculosis test and be up to date on the required immunizations stated on the Student Health Medical Forms.

All graduate and non-degree seeking students (ie. summer scholars, high school students, etc.) are required to complete a tuberculosis test and be up to date on required immunizations stated on the Grad/Non-Degree Health Form.
