A comparative introduction to the major texts, schools and figures of Asian Buddhist traditions, including the early Discourses, the Adhidharma, the Mahayana Sutras, and the works of Nagarjuna, Santideva, Zhiyi, Dogen and contemporary Engaged Buddhism.
